The food was absolutely scrumptious and the festive vibes made our new year's eve memorable. the beautifully decorated property and spacious room made our stay comfortable. the friendly staff and their accommodating nature stood out.
The view of our room which was of the children's playground instead of a garden view. the slow response of room service and the insufficient cleanliness supplies did not meet our expectations.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. They were always ready to help with any request I had. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The location was great and made it easy to get around this city. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The beach nearby was a plus and the decor of the hotel was beautiful. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious.
The cleanliness was lacking and the amenities were limited and under construction.

The staff was amicable and accommodating throughout the stay which made getting around the city a breeze. The hotel's interior design was pleasing to the eye and the food served was enjoyable. The room was spacious and well equipped with necessities, including a beautiful balcony view.
The pool water was not properly managed and not usable during my trip. the absence of amenities in the surrounding area and unsafe children playgrounds made the stay less enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The staff provided excellent service, from the moment we made the reservation until the moment we checked out. They were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the terrace and dining table, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or enjoying a meal. The staff who helped us with the reservation were incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire process a breeze. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality this place provided.
